Global company which designs, manufactures and sells specialist products, currently expanding their direct sales force in France
Area sales representative – France H/F
Location: Remote (South of Paris) with travel
Salary: 70,000€ OTE

Main duties:
Establish and maintain sales levels against set company targets, develop sales & distribution channels in Central and South France cities such as Orléans, Clermont-Ferrand, Lyon, Montpellier, Marseille, Nice.
Reporting to the Global Sales Manager base in the UK.
The role:
– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets
– Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
– Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
– Present products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and value
– Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
– Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for management
– Collaborate with different departments to implement campaigns and initiatives
– Attend networking opportunities to promote brand, products and offerings
– Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
– Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions
– Fluent in French and English (written & verbal)
– Proven experience in field or direct sales
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong negotiation and closing abilities
– Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
– Willingness to travel within the territory as needed
– EU driving licence holder
Circa 50,000€ plus 20,000€ in commission
