Sales Representative – West France H/F
Location: West France (Nantes to La Rochelle region)
Hybrid work: Field-based, on the road with flexible schedule
Salary: OTE €60000 per annum

Main duties:
Develop and execute growth strategies focused on independent supermarkets including key retail groups such as Leclerc, G20, Intermarché, and Super U.
The role:
– Conduct field research and market development focused on the West France region, managing daily activity between Nantes and La Rochelle.
– Build and maintain strong, problem-solving client relationships at store manager level across multiple supermarket formats.
– Deliver a high-activity schedule aiming for set amount of meetings per day with impactful negotiation skills sensitive to store-level challenges.
– Coordinate contract preparation and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
– Maintain accurate sales records, revenue tracking, and after-sales support.
– Solid commercial experience within the supermarket retail sector in West France, with hands-on knowledge of retail chains like Leclerc, G20, Intermarché, and Super U.
– Dynamic, self-starter with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, able to understand challenges from store managers upwards.
– Excellent communication in French and planning skills with proficiency in MS Office and business-level English (B2+/C1).
– Flexible field-based working style to cover a demanding day target with corresponding administrative duties.
– EU driving licence
OTE €60000 per annum with strong emphasis on performance-based incentives
