Main duties:
As the first point of call for the European market, you will be responding to a range of enquiries from all clients and retailers.

The Role:
- To be the main point of contact for their clients and deliver premium customer service at all times
- To deal with customer enquiries via telephone, emails, webchat etc...
- To process customer orders and general sales administration duties (Return, invoices, delivery issues…)
- To support the online market queries (Amazon, E-bay etc...)
- To build and maintain relationship with new and existing customers
- To promote the company


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and French or German or Italian or Spanish (written and spoken) – Essential
- Previous Customer Service - Desirable
- A confident communicator with an enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent communication skills with a problem solving attitude
- IT literate

Salary:

Up to £22,000 pa + Excellent Benefits (Daily and Weekly Vouchers, 25 days holiday, Pension, Onsite parking etc…)
