Bilingual Export Customer Service (German or Spanish speaking)
Salary: Up to £30,000 p.a.

Main duties:
To be the first point of contact for international export customers and provide great customer service.

The Role:
• To provide excellent customer service to export customers
• To organise accommodation and travel for international partners travelling to UK
• To maintain the database with most recent customer information and activity
• To process orders through the system and follow up with delivery notices
• To update pricing and provide accurate quotations
• To liaise with freight personnel to ensure cost-effective transport solutions

• Fluent in German or Spanish would be an advantage
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Desire to learn and develop within a team environment
• IT literate with understanding of SAP system
• An ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
