Bilingual German and English Speaking Customer Experience Representative (m/w/d)
Location: Germany (Remote)
Hybrid work: Fully remote
Salary: Up to €40,000 per annum

Main duties:
To provide outstanding customer experience for German-speaking markets while supporting customer retention, engagement and sales growth initiatives.

The role:
– Deliver responsive inbound support via phone, email and digital channels
– Process customer orders and manage delivery or product queries
– Handle complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
– Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and gather feedback
– Proactively recommend additional relevant products where appropriate
– Support onboarding and reactivation of customers
– Maintain accurate CRM records and customer data
– Share customer insights with Sales and Marketing teams
– Operate independently while collaborating closely with the wider European team

– Fluent in German and English (training and internal communication conducted in English)
– Additional languages such as French or Dutch advantageous but not essential
– Previous customer service or customer experience preferred (flexible on background)
– Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calling
– Self-motivated and confident working remotely

– Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
– Interest or background in veterinary, animal health or related sector beneficial but not essential
