Main Duties:
Support the Sales and Account management team by being the first point of contact for customers, retailers and distributors.

The Role:
- Support the Sales team / Administration as required
-assist in delivering sales to customers providing outstanding service
- Administration including completing new customer forms
- responding to emails , website and telephone enquiries
- Translating of documents as needed
- monitor and update selected websites
- building relationships with distributors and all administrative duties related to the distribution network
- organise trade shows
- Develop and maintain the database

- Fluent in either Italian OR Portuguese OR Polish (written and spoken) essential
- Sales Support / Customer Service experience recommended
- Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner
- Ability to work independently while sticking to tight deadlines
- Proactive, enthusiastic and flexible
- IT Literate ( word, excel, power point, Outlook)
