Bilingual Senior Client Relationship Manager (German OR Spanish)
Salary: between £60,000 and £90,000pa DOE

Main Duties:
To oversee and ensure the satisfaction and support of clients within the EMEA regions as well as serving as the primary point of contact to support their needs.

The Role:
- Respond to client enquiries from the EMEA region, providing assistance and ensuring client satisfaction is maintained
- Be proactive in anticipating clients’ needs and provide solutions
- responsible for the on boarding of new clients ensuring they have a complete understanding of products and services as well as relevant resources
- To support the account management team as needed.
- Be responsible for market research ensuring you are up to date with trends within the industry and provide feedback to internal departments
- Manage the renewal of contracts and agreements within the region negotiating and modifying as needed ensuring company and legal compliance is adhered to
- Compile reports relating to KPIs , customer feedback using this info to compile strategies to improve customer service
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure excellent client service is provided at all times escalating problems as needed
- To manage the customer service team including but not limited to group performance management, workload control and appraisals

- Fluent in either German or Spanish (written and verbal)
- Degree educated in either Business, Marketing or related field a requirement
- Min 5 years experience within customer service / client services essential
- Experience working with the EMEA region an advantage
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to improve business process and team encouragement
- Analytical mind set with capability of using data
