Main duties:
Prospecting new clients and use sales leads to generate and maximise revenue within EMEA Territory

The Role:
- Prospecting new clients
- Following up on inbound leads, make outbound cold calls
- Managing existing accounts and maintaining customer relationships (by phone and email)
- Dealing with enquiries on the daily basis via email or over the phone
- Providing customers with information about products
- Making outgoing sales calls to existing & potential customers
- Representing the company at scientific conferences
- Using and maintaining CRM system
- Providing support to colleagues and liaising with the Sales team
- Maintain a high level of scientific and technical knowledge

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in German and English (Written & Spoken) is essential
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable
- Life science background is essential
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- Cold calling and lead generation experience
- Able to communicate with scientists working in universities, research departments and pharmaceutical companies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM system)

Salary:
