Business Administrator (French Speaking)
Salary: Up to £24,000 - £26,000  (DOE)

Main duties:
Providing administration and customer support to their UK and international customers


The Role:
- Handle customers’ queries in a timely manner
- Generate invoices
- Keeping clients details up to date and act on their order patterns
- Create and maintain working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Liaise with and assist other departments within the company

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in French (written and spoken)
- Experience in administrative role and/or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
- Computer literate

Salary

Up to £24 - £26K (DOE)
