Main duties:
To grow sales in your territory reporting to the Head of Sales


The Role:
- To generate new sales and ensure annual growth
- To establish local sales strategy in the territory with the Head of Sales
- To identify, target and convert prospects into customers
- To maintain a high awareness of the market, the industry and the competitors
- To maintain regular contact with customer, ensuring excellent knowledge of your territory
- To maintain a high level of customer service, resolve issues and ensure interface with other internal departments
- To make contact with potential customers through cold calling, visits and email marketing campaigns
- To work closely with the marketing team to attract new clients
- To achieve set targets in the territory, working to tight deadlines and KPI’s
- To provide accurate reports and update on the CRM system

Candidate's Profile

- Sales background within a consultative selling environment within the Logistics or Supply Chain sector
- Experience in Transport Coordination, European Freight, Freight Forwarding is required
- Study or background in Supply Chain or working with Tech companies is beneficial
- Excellent negotiation, communication and organisational skills
- Strong commercial awareness & high motivation
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Computer literate and numerate
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Salary

up to £60,000 p.a. depending on experiences + Uncapped Commission + Benefits + Company car \\ Car allowance
