*** 60% of the time is field based ***
*** This Sales Engineer role will be combining high technical engineering knowledge,
       together with excellent sales skills ***

Main duties:
To support the dealer network, manage and develop new and existing clients/partners in order to implement sales growth in a defined territory (France) as well as maintain existing portfolio and client relationship.

The Role:
•    To prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to clients and
      prospective clients
•    To handle new direct sales enquiries from initial contact through to the closure of the sale
•    To develop and close sales projects
•    To be responsible for Key Account Management of an existing portfolio as well as winning
      new businesses.
•    To plan and modify products to meet customer needs
•    To build and maintain a direct sales pipeline
•    To build and maintain an accurate CRM database
•    To achieve of personal sales target
•    To acquire market intelligence for use by the dealers and in direct sales
•    To support the marketing team in the creation of promotional materials
•    To provide accurate reporting of sales activities and sales forecasts

Candidate's Profile:

•    Fluent English (written and spoken) - is ESSENTIAL
•    Any additional language is a must
•    Experience in Gas and Oil Industry or Construction and Mining Industry or
      Pharmaceutical Industry

•    Combined technical engineering knowledge with excellent sales skills
•    Highly experienced and good knowledge working with technical/engineering-based
•    Previous export sales experience is necessary
•    Sales Team or Regional Sales Manager experiences would be ideal
•    Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
•    Highly organised and IT literate
