Business Development Manager (Interior Industry)
Salary: Circa £60,000 DOE pa
Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire- OFFICE BASED
At commutable distance from St Albans, Watford, Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City, Luton, Oxford

Main Duties:
To be responsible for setting the sales strategy in UK and globally and to prospect for potential new clients and convert this into new business
The Role:
- To establish new business growth opportunities including new client, new markets and partnerships
- To build long lasting relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs and tailor proposals accordingly
- To prepare and present new product sales pitch to all clients
- To be attending events to maintain up to date understanding of the market trends and to build relationship with the industry
- To be preparing sales forecasts
- To develop good understanding of the company’s product offer and to monitor competition
- To work closely with design, sales and the technical and product development teams to meet legislative requirements
- Experience in similar role within interior finishes (or similar) industry
- Experience in Business Development within Europe and/or USA
- Any European language skills would be an advantage
- Available to travel- full driving licence and valid passport
- Extensive export experience
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Team player, excel in building cooperation
- Confident, proactive & dynamic
