Business Development Representative
Location: Remote UK
Salary: £36,000 OTE

Main duties:
Generate and qualify own sales leads and for the field sales team
The role:
– Lead Generation: make a large number of calls daily to generate and qualify sales leads
– Customer Engagement: address inquiries, understand customer needs provide tailored product information.
– Product Demonstrations: Conduct telephone-based demos of company’s products
– KPI Achievement: Meet and exceed performance targets set by the Sales Manager
– Sales Team Support: Schedule meetings, provide leads, and support field sales efforts
– Prospect Management: Maintain and update a prospect list
– Marketing Alignment: Integrate sales efforts with marketing activities and suggest campaign ideas
– Collaboration: Maintain relationships with sales departments and provide market insights
– Fluent in English at business level (written and spoken)
– Communication: clear, confident in written and spoken interactions
– Experience prospecting via cold calling and lead generation, telesales B2B
– IT Skills: Proficient in Office 365, willingness to learn in-house software
– Resilient: ability to handle pressure and rejection, results-driven
– Teamwork: Collaborative, committed, and reliable.
– Time Management: Excellent organizational and timekeeping skills
£28,000 plus circa £8,000 in first year
