Cost Controller
Location: Scotland

*** Full time office based role available after the interview process ***
*** Free parking on site also close to the train station ***


Main Duties:
To provide financial visibility and responsible for reporting to the HQ.


The Role:
- To be responsible for the preparation, construction and monitoring of the projects’
   financial performance
- To report to the General Manager directly
- To coordinate all process with the Accountancy team
- To do the final control of all purchase orders and contractors’ contracts
- To be responsible to create accounting and administrative procedures collaborate
  with the Office Manager
- To control and support the accounting company in charge of all accounting entries,
  financial closing, and payroll
- To ensure all financial transaction is appropriate in the system
- To manage all financial report and forecast (monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)
- To coordinate all budget update , year-end forecasting with the HQ
- To manage cash-flow by tracking transactions

Candidate's Profile

- Relevant studies in Finance/Controlling/Accountancy is essential
- Has experiences in Cost Controlling
- Based at commutable distance from Glasgow, ideally has a car
- Excellent analytical skills
- IT literate, MS Excel, ERP software knowledge
- French language would be advantageous
