Main Duties:
To provide high-quality level of support to customers and sales account managers in the UK and Internationally.

The Role:
- To be the first point of contact for customers, agents and the sales team (telephone, email, process orders etc.).
- To proactively deal with enquiries so that customer service standards are maximised.
- To contact customers regarding pricing and product enquiries.
- To deal with the UK and international customer service side of the business.
- To process customer orders in an accurate and timely manner
- To process customer after sales following company procedures.
- To offer a high level of customer services at all time
- To prepare quotations and support sales information with pricing list.
- To keep all data up to date & accurate for follow up.


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English (Written & spoken)
- European languages - advantageous
- Previous experience in Customer Service / Sales Support
- Strong attention to detail with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player
- Able to prioritise and multi-task, work on own initiative
- Good interpersonal skills, proactive & dynamic
- Computer literate
