Salary: £18k-£20k p.a. (up to £22k OTE) + Excellent benefits

Main Duties:
To maintain and develop a strong relationship with new and existing clients and increase the sales

The Role:
- To build and maintain strong relationship with existing clients
- To maximise sales to achieve agreed pre-sales targets
- To target potential new clients
- To maximise up-selling and crossselling opportunities
- To ensure proactive customers communication
- To deal with enquiries from customers
- To provide high level of Customer Service
- To understand the customer standards and requirements
- To handle complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Working alongside the Sales Manager to help develop the company’s growth strategy





Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English (Written and spoken) is essential
- Fluent in French ( Written and spoken) is essential
- Fluent in Spanish would be an advantage
- Previous sales/telesales experience would be desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Commercial Acumen
- Strong attention to details with ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Computer literate  
- Strongly organised

Salary:

£18k- £20k p.a. DOE + Bonus scheme + excellent benefits
