Responsibilities

Customer Care Advisor with French
Location: Northolt
Northolt tube station on the Central line, West London
Hybrid work 2 to 3 days a week in the office
Salary: up to £28,000 per annum

Main duties:
Provide a high level of customer service to all customers by using a wide variety of channels to resolve their enquiries as well as increasing the customer base by driving sales conversions.

The role:
– Support customer’s enquiries within brand values
– Provide support through live chat, email, video chat and phone
– Drive customer engagement, suggestive selling and share product knowledge
– Manage transactions such as refunds and vouchers
– Report any issues faced by customers and suggest ideas for improvements
– Attend weekly departmental meetings and factory training sessions when required
– Work with other departments to ensure consistent customer service levels across the company

Candidate's Profile

• Fluency in both French and English
• Able to understand customer needs
• Able to improve and set up new processes when required
• Excellent communication and people skills, genuine desire to provide the best service
• Team player who will contribute to the continuous improvement of the department and company
• Able to work remotely and in the office when required
• Interest in cycling, outdoors activities or other sports
