Customer Service & Digital Marketing Coordinator
Salary: up to £28,000 pa (DOE)
Location: Merseyside

*Full time & Permanent position*
*Hybrid working pattern*


Main duties:
To manage orders, customer enquiries, E-commerce and digital marketing.


The Role:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle order entries while protecting customers’ data
- Update the company’s E-commerce website
- Manage social media accounts
- Translation of emails and websites
- To liaise with and support other departments as and when needed

Candidate's Profile

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in a European language would be a strong advantage
- Previous experience in Customer service and/or Digital marketing
- IT literate
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- Knowledge of E-commerce – Ideal

Salary

Up to £28,000 pa (DOE)
