Main duties:
To work within the operations team, providing client facing support and assistance at all times

The Role:
- To schedule and process orders
- To respond and to manage queries arising from clients
- To manage existing and new accounts
- To provide price quotations
- To record complaints
- To support the Head of Customer Care

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English (written & spoken) is essential
- German and /or French and /or Italian and /or Spanish (written & spoken) desirable
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong Customer Service and administration background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work as part of a team as well as to take own initiative
- Able to prioritise and manage own workload with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Proactive and dynamic personality

Salary:

Up to £23,000 pa Depending on Experience+ Benefits
