Customer Service Administrator
Salary: up to £18,500 pa
Office Based, Monday to Friday 37.5 hours *Training provided*
Location: Burnley, Lancashire
At commutable distance from Blackburn, Preston, Bradford, Huddersfield, Rochdale, Leeds, Manchester, Bolton, Blackpool

Main duties:
To deliver an outstanding Customer Service at all time to the clients.


The Role:
-To process enquires, orders and quotations
-To coordinate with various departments within the company
-To register new customer in the ERP system and update the database
-To provide customers with detailed information about services & products
-To keep a positive and professional attitude with the Customers

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in English (Written & Spoken)
- Any other European language would be welcome but not essential
- Customer service experience would be desirable
- Previous experience using a CRM system would be beneficial
- Organised and efficient.
- High attention to detail.
- Proactive and dynamic personality.
- Able to multitask
- Strong IT skills

Salary

up to £18,500 pa
