Responsibilities

Customer Service Advisor
Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester
Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum

Main duties:
To be the initial point of contact for customers and provide the highest standard of customer experience.

The Role:
– To establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers
– To review all relevant details and efficiently fulfil orders
– To expertly deliver quotations and pro forma invoices to meet your business needs.
– To maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the company database.
– To support and collaborate with all departments to drive the success of the business.
– To create and manage comprehensive product spreadsheets for optimal organization and efficiency.
– To proactively resolve any product or service issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
– To actively participate and represent the company at prestigious international trade shows to expand global presence and network with industry

Candidate's Profile

– Previous experience customer service, sales or export support within Manufacturing company or B2B beneficial
– Computer literate MS Excel knowledge is essential
– Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Confident, proactive and dynamic
