Customer Service Advisor
Location: Reading – Hybrid working pattern

Main duties:
To work closely with the sales operation team and offering excellent customer service to clients
The role:
– Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, or in person to provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
– Process quotes and customer orders and update records
– Prepare simple weekly reports for customers and the sales team
– Maintain and update the CRM system
– Provide general administrative support to the office and multi skill when required
– Customer focused with great admin/account management skills
– Experience in the defence/security or high-tech industries – Ideal
– Strong communicator and telephone manner
– Outgoing, confident and motivated candidate
– IT literate
