Our client is a well-established international company in the Healthcare industry.
Customer Service and Product Advisor (German Speaking)
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + Annual bonus
Location: Fully remote (Occasional travel to the office in Bracknell)

Main Duties:
To provide excellent customer service and support for the German market.
The Role:
- Handle technical product queries and escalations by phone
- Deal with any aftersales requests such as returns, replacements, refunds etc.
- Take part in training to learn and keep up to date with the products
- Escalate and resolve public comments
- Improve customers’ experience via online helpdesk, live chat etc.
- Fluent in German (Written & Spoken) – ESSENTIAL
- Additional fluency in other EU languages – beneficial
- Experience using Zendesk
- Computer literate (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM…)
- Experience troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
