Responsibilities

Customer Service Associate (with Italian)
Salary: up to £28,000 p.a. + Benefits
Location: London
Ref: 8126CS


Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.


The Role:
- To respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- To process orders accurately in the database
- To take customer payments and manage the returns and refund processes
- To complete necessary administration and keep the customer records up to date
- To provide support to the sales team where necessary
- To monitor stock levels and liaise with supply chain team accordingly
- To monitor customer feedback and provide suitable suggestions for improvement

Candidate's Profile

- Previous experience in customer service – Essential
- Fluency in Italian (Written and Spoken) - Desirable
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
