Customer Service Associate
Salary: circa £26,000 per annum
Hybrid working after probation period
Location: Brighton

Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.
The Role:
– To respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
– To prepare and send quotations using price lists available
– To process orders and ensure delivery status is updated regularly
– To provide initial fault diagnosis and suggest parts for replacement
– To build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and manufacturers
– To monitor customer feedback and provide suitable suggestions for improvement
– Previous experience in customer service – Essential
– Fluent in a European language (written and spoken) – Desirable
– Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
– Excellent communication skills and a team player
– IT literate
Circa £26,000 per annum plus benefits
