Customer Service Coordinator (Interior Design)
Salary: £28,000 DOE pa + Bonus

Main Duties:
Support the Sales team & Country Manager in reaching the tactical commercial goals: centric on customer to give the best experience, easy and simple to purchase, with the aim to keep our customers for long run with fidelity and professionalism.

The Role:
- Manage orders processes from customer request to post sale service
- Maintain an accurate management of orders and reserves
- Deal with all complaints and returns to completion
- Work towards speeding up the payment and shipment procedures
- Deal with sales projects, supporting prices and commissions
- Manage general sales administration activities on existing customers and new ones
- Support sales representative and Area Managers in managing customers’ requests
- Ensure the High Value Customers to be managed at the highest quality criteria, consistently
- Provide ultimate customized services on individual basis, establishing long-lasting business relationship

- Excellent command of English to business level (oral & written)
- Additional fluency in Italian or French – Advantageous
- Solid experience in a customer service department
- Knowledge of Office Applications, mainly EXCEL/PowerPoint/Word
- Experience in the interior design field or textiles - advantageous
- Knowledge of Italian language is not mandatory but a preferential title
- Confident communicator, problem-solver and negotiation skills
- Ability to work on goals and ability to withstand stress
