*** Shift rota between Mon – Sun 8:00 – 20:00, 4 days on – 4 days off ***
** Driving license and own transport must be required due the location because it is difficult to reach the company by public transport **

Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service and support to the customers, very calm and helpful communication and activities in an efficient and empathic way.

The Role:
•    To receive incoming calls from different customers with a difficult situations
•    To be a very patient and empathic to understand a problematic situations
•    To collect all information and save in the system
•    To handle the full process, to inform customers and third parties step by step
•    To negotiate with local companies to find the quickest solutions
•    To coordinate payment and administration process
•    To log all information and conversation in the system

Candidate's Profile:

•    High level of fluency in English (written and spoken)
•    Fluent in one of the following language would be an advantage: French / Italian / Spanish / German or another European languages
•    Previous Customer Service / Advisor / Care experience is an advantage
•    Experiences in Call Center / Telemarketing would be an advantage
•    Excellent problem solving and communication skills
•    Friendly, calm and professional manner
•    Computer literate
•    Available immediately for start
•    Car driver or living in commutable distance
