Main duties: To provide excellent customer service and support to the customers, very calm and helpful communication and activities in an efficient and empathic way.
The Role: • To receive incoming calls from different customers with a difficult situations • To be a very patient and empathic to understand a problematic situations • To collect all information and save in the system • To handle the full process, to inform customers and third parties step by step • To negotiate with local companies to find the quickest solutions • To coordinate payment and administration process • To log all information and conversation in the system
