Responsibilities

Customer Service Representative (French, Spanish or Italian speaking)
Salary: £24,000 pa OTE + Wide range of benefits
Location: Central London (Hybrid working System 2 days in office/3days from home)
At commuting distance from most parts of London with particuarly easy access to Central/Northern/Bakerloo/Picadilly or Victoria line users

Main Duties:
To be responsible for providing World Class Customer Service and delivering customer focused tailor made solutions


The Role:
• Daily contacts with new and existing Customers over the phone and emails
• To prioritise requests and endaveour to provide outstanding customer service experience
• To report to the Customer Service Manager
• To investigate and escalate users' issues and complaints
• To provide reports and maintain statistics
• To maintain the customer database
• Office based position


 

Candidate's Profile

• Fluent in English + French OR Spanish - Italian could be useful too(Written & spoken)
• Previous Customer Service Experience desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Team player, excel in building cooperation
• Confident, proactive & dynamic
• Computer literate
• Ability to work 1 sunday/month
