Customer Service Representative (Part Time)
Location: Corby
Salary: up to £26,000 per annum pro rata plus bonus

Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.
The role:
– Act as the first point of contact for private customers, affiliates and wholesalers.
– Process orders through the system and communicate order status with customer
– Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to final delivery
– Liaise with the logistics and fulfilment team to ensure smooth operations and communicate lead times effectively
– Generate and follow up on leads to expand and grow the partner network and affiliate program
– Make proactive calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention and identify areas for upselling
– Experience in a Sales and Customer Service role – Essential
– Fluent in German to high business standard (written and spoken) – Beneficial
– Excellent communication skills
– Motivated, Proactive and Dynamic personality
– IT Literate and confident with Microsoft Office
