Customer Service Representative H/F with Fluent French and English
Location: Paris
Hybrid work 3 days a week in the office
Salary: up to 35,000€ per annum

Main duties:
Being the main point of contact with both customers and distributors and representing the needs of all clients within the company
This role would be based out of Paris Tuileries area. Starting initially as a 6 months contract (maternity leave) with a possibility to extend.

The role:
– Process orders using the company CRM system
– Collaborate with distributors to maxime their sales and optimise stock management
– Build and nurture relationships with distributors within the allocated region
– Train distributors staff on how to use the company’s order management software
– Escalate any issue and share customers’ feedback internatlly to help improve internal processes

– Fluent in both French and English
– Customer service experience
– Ability to make decisions and show initiative
– Team collaborator and keen to help implement process improvements
– Available to start as soon as possible
– Eligible to work in France
