Customer Service Representative with French
Salary: Around £24,000 pa + Excellent Benefits
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands ***office-based position***
At commutable distance from Birmingham City Centre, Saltley, Handsworth, Smethwick, Oldbury, West Bromwich, Old Oscott, Sutton Coldfield

Main duties:
To help develop the UK and European market while providing outstanding customer service, administration and sales coordination.


The role:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- To correspond by phone and e-mail to answer customer enquiries
- To process orders and payments
- Keep customer profiles up to date on the system
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks

Candidate's Profile

- Fluency in French is ESSENTIAL
- Previous customer service experience would be great
- Used to working independently
- Excellent communication skills & telephone manner
- Proactive & passionate with an eye for detail
