Main duties:
To monitor and train team members to ensure that they all understand their objectives and work together to make sure that these expectations are met and exceeded  

The Role:
- To ensure all team members are aware of their roles and objectives
- To monitor the team, making sure they work together to achieve the same end goals,
  and that customer needs are met and exceeded
- To make sure an excellent level of customer service is provided at all times
- Carrying and reviews and KPI meetings
- Making sure that all goals and KPIs set are met
- To carry out Quality Call Monitoring when necessary
- To ensure resolution of customer problems and transfer to senior technician when
  necessary



 

Candidate's Profile:

- Previous experience as a Customer Service Team Leader
- Must be fluent in English to near mother tongue level
- Fluency in another European language would be a bonus
- Experience in a training environment would be beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- IT literate

£18,700 pa
