Salary: £18k p.a. (pro rata)

*** This is a circa ELEVEN MONTH fixed-term contract ***
*** Candidate must be available ASAP ***

Main duties:
To manage and respond to ticketing customer enquiries via email and telephone as well as face to face and ensure a smooth running Ticketing Operation

The Role:
- Managing the relationship between the Customer and the Ticketing Office
- To process customer Ticket requests
- Preparing communication documents
- Providing translation materials, including communications and documentation
- Reconciling received payments
- Managing escalated issues and complaints
- Ensuring project timelines are met and the company (error free) policy is maintained
- To carry out administration tasks as required





Candidate's Profile:

- Fluency in either French, German, Spanish or Russian is Essential (both
  written and spoken)

- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is also a necessity
- Having an interest in events/sports would be an advantage
- Proven Customer Relationship building and maintenance skills
- Computer literate (would especially need a good knowledge of outlook and previous
  experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- A dynamic personality and a team player

Salary:

£18k p.a. (pro rata)
Working hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm including 1 hour lunch break
