Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 pa + Benefits

Main duties:
To be responsible for day to day management of queries related to the Customer Service, Sales and Financial teams
To manage a team of operations assistants

The Role:
-Taking responsability for organising and managing assistan's workload
- Providing training with the Operations tteam
- Reporting on and analising datas used for making key decisions
- Providing assistance to the Finance team with regards to Credit Control processes

Candidate's Profile:

-Fluent English written and spoken
-Previous experience within Customer Services desirable
-Knowledge of CRM systems desirable
-Commercial awareness
-Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to organise own workload
-Able to work under pressure
-Strong administrative skills
-Excellent communication skills
-A dynamic personality and a team player
-A natural problem solver

Salary:

£25,000 to £28,000 pa + Benefits
