Cycling Events Manager
Location: Walton-on-Thames
Salary: around £40,000 per annum depending on experience

Main duties:
Managing events of all sizes from concept through to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and financial outcomes of each project

The Role:
– Plan, secure, and deliver outdoors private, corporate or charity events end to end
– Manage all administrative aspects with meticulous attention to detail
– Develop and nurture relationships with travel and accommodation providers
– Think out of the box and support broader business activities beyond your role

– Knowledge and passion for cycling – Essential
– Able to commute to South-West London / Surrey
– Creative problem solving ability and excellent organisational skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
– Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
– IT literate – Confident with Microsoft Excel
