DACH Business Development Manager – German speaking
Salary: £81,000 OTE pa (basic £55k + commission £26k in year 1)
Location: London- Home based

Main duties:
To be responsible for setting the sales strategy in Germany and to prospect for potential new clients and convert this into new business

The Role:
- To lead all corporate sales and client-relationship management
- To track new markets and emerging trends
- To recommend new products and services
- To propose and develop new strategic partnerships
- To write proposals and plans
- To guide long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements
- To work with Marketing to create targeted marketing for German market to increase
- To liaise with other internal departments

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in German and English is essential
- Previous experience in Business Development & Sales Strategy
- Strong background of selling IT training solutions
- Experience in Learning and Development industry
- Any additional languages (Dutch, Spanish, French) would be a bonus
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Negotiation & Persuasion skills
- Project Management Skills, Research & Strategy
- IT literate in MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel
- Degree educated
