Danish or German speaking Customer Care Coordinator
Salary: Up to £27,000 DOE
Location:  Northamptonshire

***Hybrid working pattern from office and home***

Main duties:
First point of contact for customers and delivering a high customer experience.

The Role:
- To create and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing customers
- To create and maintain information on the company database
- To support the business across all departments
- To manage a team of 2-3 people
-To upsell the product
- To resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
- To check all of the relevant information and process orders
- To ensure that all customers enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner
- To work as part of a team and autonomously at times

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in English - Excellent level both oral and written
- Fluent in Danish or German - Excellent level both oral and written
- Previous experience customer service and sales
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills 
- Confident, proactive & dynamic
- Computer literate (excel/MS Office…)
