The Role:
To be in charge of coordinating all activity (installations, relocations, reparations, etc) within the Dutch Market whilst providing an excellent Customer Service Experience

Main duties:
- To coordinate machine installation and provide a high level of customer service
- To establish good relationships with customers & suppliers
- To liaise with suppliers to ensure rapid deliveries
- To achieve all installations in due course
- To enter relevant date within the company's inhouse system accurately
- To communicate with customers and colleagues in order to process enquiries
- To respond to and resolve customers’ complaints in an efficient and timely manner
- To directly address clients in a professional and clear way
- To liaise with other members of the staff in order to provide the highest standard of Customer Services
- To keep the company’s databases (CRM) updated by gathering information and data from clients
- To be involved in various development projects within the Dutch market





Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and Dutch (written & spoken) - Essential
- Previous experience within Customer Service or Sales Administration / Coordination - Preferred
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Good telephone manners and attention to details
- Team player & able to work without supervision
- Strongly motivated & proactive
- IT literate (MS Office)

Salary:

£20,000-22,000 pa + Benefits (Group Stakeholder Pension, Income Protection Insurance Policy, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays)
