Dutch And German Speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote working
Candidates must be based in the UK in order to be considered and will be required to attend the office for initial training and occasional visits to the office
Salary: around £35,000 per annum

Main duties: You’ll focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring every customer interaction is a positive one

The role:
– Support both internal and external stakeholders across Europe
– Respond to customer queries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner
– Provide clear, supportive assistance to customers across various channels
– Manage administrative tasks related to customer accounts and orders

– Multilingual with fluency in Dutch and German
– Previous experience in customer service
– IT literate
– Hands-on attitude and great communication skills
