Dutch speaking Account Manager
Location: Remote in Belgium or Netherlands
Salary: 55000€ per annum depending on experience plus 10000€ OTE Bonus

Main duties:
To be responsible for existing accounts exceeding targets set as well building long term relationships

The Role:
– Manage and deal with the existing accounts throughout Europe
– Ensuring clients’ needs are addressed and resolved
– To develop new opportunities in designated region to achieve company targets
– Implement action plans
– Lead strategic account reviews
– To report directly to the Commercial Director
– Collaborate with Operations Team to ensure service is in line with contractual obligations
– To work closely with other departments including Finance, IT and HR
– Monitor internal and external key performance indicators

– Fluent in Dutch and English essential
– Fluency in French is beneficial
– Previous experience in account management or B2B sales is required
– Experience in Travel Industry beneficial
– Able to drive business performance providing successful customer solution
– Fully competent and confident Word, Excel and PowerPoint user
– Highly organised with proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

Up to 55000€ per annum depending on experiences plus 10000€ OTE Bonus
