Responsibilities

Dutch speaking Business Development Manager (Travel Industry)
Salary: up to 55,000 EURO p.a. depending on experiences + 10,000 EURO OTE Bonus
Location: HOME BASED in Belgium or Netherlands

Main duties:
To be responsible for existing accounts and creating new business opportunities across all European channels.


The Role:
- To manage and deal with the existing accounts throughout Europe
- To develop sales opportunities in designated region to achieve company targets
- To report directly to the Commercial Director
- To collaborate with Operations team to ensure service is in line with contractual obligations
- To analyse sales, performance by category and communicate updates on progress
- To work closely with other departments including Finance, IT and HR
- To monitor internal and external key performance indicators

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
- Fluency in French is beneficial
- Previous experience in Sales/Business Development is a must
- Experience in Travel Industry - necessary
- Experiences in B2B sales is beneficial
- Able to demonstrate negotiation techniques and successes
- Fully competent and confident Word, Excel and PowerPoint user
- Highly organised and proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

Salary

Up to 55,000 EURO p.a. depending on experiences + 10,000 EURO OTE Bonus
