Dutch Speaking Business Travel Consultant (Home Based)
Salary: £26,000 (monthly bonus + benefits)

***Fully Home Based role- must be based in the UK***
***Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, Apollo, Worldspan, Abacus or Pegasus))- ESSENTIAL***

Main duties:
To be the main point of contact to designated portfolio’s and provide exceptional service

The Role:
- To fulfil clients travel requirements from first query to travel completed
- To exceed customer expectations by providing solutions according to their needs
- To adapt travels and accommodation appropriately to
- To be working closely with various departments within the company
- To regularly attend team meetings
- To handle all customer enquiries in a polite and efficient manner, both on the telephone and over email

- Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, Apollo, Worldspan, Abacus or Pegasus)- ESSENTIAL
- Working experience in business or leisure travel
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- A dynamic personality and a team player
