Main duties
To motivate and support the team of administrators to provide excellent customer service, building relationships and resolving queries.

The Role
- To motivate and support the team
- To resolve any customer enquiries
- To help in the recruitment of Customer Care administrators
- To receive and process customer orders
- To develop/maintain positive relationships with customers
- To ensure they receive high standard of service.


Candidate's Profile:

- Dutch to mother tongue standard (Written & spoken) – Essential
- Fluent in English (Written & spoken) – Essential
- Previous experience as a Team leader/ Customer Service Manager - ESSENTIAL
- Customer oriented
- Face to face customer service skills for visitors and at events
- Ability to priorities skills and problem solver
- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
