Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service and advice.

The Role:
- To communicate with customers by phone, email and face to face
- To manage client accounts and handle the case from start to finish
- To respond to customer enquiries and issues in a timely manner
- To work within a team and assist with other duties
- To handle report distribution and invoices
- To liaise with relevant departments internally

 

- Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) - Essential
- Previous experience in customer service - Desirable
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- IT literate
- Based at a commutable distance from Hammersmith, London

£31,500 p.a.
