Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 pa depending on experience + Bonus + Benefits

Main duties:
To be responsible for providing high-quality level of customer service to Dutch and European customers.

The Role:
- To be the first point of contact for customers, distributors, agents and the sales team
- To provide excellent customer support to Dutch speaking customers via telephone, emails and online system
- To proactively deal with enquiries so that customer service standards are maximised
- To deal with the European customer service side of the business
- To provide excellent customer service on Social Medias platforms
- To advise on product specifications in liaison with product specialists
- To gain clients feedback in order to improve overall client’s experience
- To support individual customers to troubleshoot and solve their issues
- To liaise with an external delivery provider to ensure smooth delivery progress

 


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English + Dutch (Written & spoken)
- Previous Customer service experience desirable
- Team player
- Able to prioritise and multi-task, work on own initiative
- Good interpersonal skills, proactive & dynamic
- Computer literate
- Car owner ideally

Salary:

£20,000 to £25,000 pa depending on experience + Bonus + Benefits
