The Role:
They are currenntly looking for a Dutch speaking individual to assess Customer Claims and provide suitable solutions within the Dutch and English markets.

Main duties:
- Establish good relationships with customers & suppliers
- Process customer sales orders
- Develop business and ultimately increasing overall customer sales
- Communicate with customers and colleagues in order to process enquiries
- Respond to and resolve customers’ complaints in an efficient and timely manner
- Directly address clients in a professional and clear way
- Liaise with other members of the staff in order to provide the highest standard of
  Customer Services
- Process claims according to the business Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Make formal assessments on claims to decide whether they are covered under the
  policy terms and conditions or not
- Keep the company’s databases (CRM) updated by gathering information and data from
- Be involved in various development projects within the Dutch market

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent English and Dutch (written & spoken) - ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience within Customer Service, Claims or Call Centre
  environment - PREFERRED

- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Good telephone manners and attention to detail
- Team player & able to work without supervision
- Strongly motivated & proactive
- IT literate (MS Office)


£19,500 pa + Bonus + Benefits
