Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Stockport
Office located close to the railway station – easy access from all areas from Greater Manchester and Cheshire
Salary: up to £35,000 per annum

Main duties: You’ll focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring every customer interaction is a positive one

The role:
– Support both internal and external stakeholders across Europe
– Respond to customer queries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner
– Provide clear, supportive assistance to customers across various channels
– Manage administrative tasks related to customer accounts and orders

– Multilingual with fluency in Dutch
– Additional fluency in French or German would be a benefit
– Previous experience in customer service
– IT literate
– Hands-on attitude and great communication skills
