Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service and support to the customers, very calm and helpful communication and activities in an efficient way.


The Role:
• To answer calls and enquiries timely and give follow up calls to the customers
• To explain the company’s policy and provide guidelines
• To investigate claims and follow all procedure
• Put all info and details in the database accurately
• To provide excellent customer service

Candidate's Profile

• Fluent in Dutch to mother tongue standard
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Previous Customer experience would be an advantage
• Friendly, calm and professional manner
• Computer literate
