Dutch speaking Inside Sales Representative
Location: Remote
Must be based in UK
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Main duties:
To take charge of first-line sales and oversee the entire sales support process for the Benelux region.

The role:
– To manage end-to-end customer relations, ensuring that all customer needs are met consistently and promptly in a professional manner.
– To manage sales support activities, from making warm outbound calls and processing customer orders to maintaining accurate sales records, and preparing insightful reports
– To maintain and update records for suppliers, sales, and customers in the company’s CRM system for the designated region.
– To process sales orders and address customer inquiries by phone and in writing.
– To engage in trade shows, media events, and partner events to enhance the company’s market presence.
– To assist the Sales Manager with administrative, planning, and other operational tasks as needed.
– To visit customers within UK and Benelux region.

– Fluent Dutch (both written and spoken)
– Knowledge of any other European language would be an advantage abut is not necessary
– Previous experience in Sales Support role
– Working knowledge of CRP/ERP system
– Full UK driving licence
– Professional, and positive approach to developing and maintaining relationships
