Dutch Speaking Sales Engineer (Manufacturing industry)
Location: Remote in the Netherlands
Travel is required up to 50% of the time
Salary: Up to €120,000 OTE per annum plus benefits

Main duties:
Drive sales growth across the Netherlands by developing new business, delivering technical solutions, managing the full sales cycle and building strong customer and partner relationships.

The role:
– Drive new business development across the Netherlands through prospecting, lead generation and customer acquisition.
– Manage the full sales cycle from qualification and technical demonstrations to proposal, negotiation and closing.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and resellers acting as the primary technical contact.
– Deliver tailored CAD/CAM solutions that address customers’ manufacturing and CNC machining challenges.
-Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
-Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, provide regular forecasting and keep Salesforce CRM updated with customer and opportunity data
-Develop territory sales strategies by analysing market opportunities, competitor activity and industry trends.
– Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and customer meetings while collaborating with internal technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

 

– Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) essential
– Experience working within a Technical sales or Sales Engineer role needed
– Background in selling industrial software or technical software highly advantageous
– Working knowledge of CAD/CAM programming software a plus
-Excellent presentation, communication and relationship-building skills
– Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills and the ability to work independently while managing a sales territory.
– Must be able to travel 50% of the time
